The Client’s Need
With a rapidly growing company, Pleasant Solutions needed to come up with a way to reduce the workload of everyone involved in the hiring process, to make sure that the most skilled applicants were screened through, regardless of their formal education.
The Project
A robust online tool that includes an attractive landing page for new applicants to review current openings and select which to apply for, a skills and fit assessment, and a way to review the results of that assessment. All answers for each question are aggregated and ranked, where the most common answer is automatically marked correct. This way, applicants grade themselves, and expensive specialists aren’t needed to consult on complex test answers.
