Our departments all work in parallel under the guidance of our tenured Project Managers – from research, design, hardware construction, and software development, to producing a ready-to-go prototype for pre-manufacturing.
Our engineering team – which is made up of mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineers – produce the hardware for your product. At the same time, our developers, 3D modellers, embedded programmers, and cloud IoT Programmers create the software in parallel.

Case Studies
One of our subsidiary companies, aptly named Paranoid, offers several newly launched, patented products that give users more control over their privacy. As the passion project and invention of Pleasant Solutions' CEO, Paranoid Home offers a lineup of small add-on devices that connect to your smart speaker via voice activation, turning its microphone on and off when you need to use it. By automatically deactivating the smart speaker's microphones between voice commands, Paranoid eliminates the risk of accidentally uploading personal or private audio data. Paranoid ensures that your smart device is only listening to you when you command it to.
Paranoid Home Button activates a USB-powered button-pusher that physically pushes a smart speaker's mute button, and then re-engages it after you have finished your voice command.
Paranoid Home Wave discreetly generates noise and interference in close proximity to the smart speaker's microphones to jam them. When the Paranoid device detects the wake word, it temporarily stops the jamming to allow the smart speaker to hear and respond to voice commands.
Nestlé was seeking an innovative way to market and sell their candy. Mentor Group had the vision of a futuristic candy vending machine. They needed us to fulfill Nestlé’s extensive software and branding/graphics needs on a very tight schedule.
Pleasant Solutions built a state-of-the-art vending machine with 40” touchscreens, interactive software, graphics that met Nestlé’s strict requirements, and a payment interface with cash, credit, and gift card systems. Under the hood, the software worked with proprietary equipment that controlled the candy and cup dispensing, even doing things like locking and disposing of candy if unclaimed within a few minutes.
A welding company was looking to increase marketability of their trucks and approached Pleasant to integrate a Fluid Management System. The resulting software became a key selling point of the client’s trucks and remains a major competitive advantage.
Integrating mobile phones, closed-loop networks and truck sensors, Pleasant helped differentiate the client’s trucks from its competitors by offering a solution with historic data, real-time monitoring, and branded reporting. To further ensure successful commercialization of the software update, support and various configuration options were included.
