All sales information was being saved in software so outdated, hardware could not be upgraded, and inventory was stored on a sheet of paper. Kodyac needed to bring their record keeping into the 21st Century for automation, security, and usability.

A web-based all-in-one system was created that handled inventory, pricing, quotes and reports, and which integrated with existing accounting software. Users could be granted some rights but not others using groups, making sure proprietary information was secure and inventory counts could not be tampered with.
