Change Thermal Ticket Formatting

If you'd like to edit the low-level printer formatting, refer to the Datamax S-Class DTPL manual.  Note however that we generally won't provide any assistance with this.

In general:

• Square brackets [] denote Ticket information that will be substituted before printing
• Squiggly brackets {} denote special actions such as hiding sections if the pertinent information doesn't exist.
• Angle brackets <> denote DTPL language control characters
