Setup Security Questions
Setup Security Questions for users to safely answer if they forget their password. Users can enroll and setup their answers after first login.
Adminstrators will first configure a Challenge-Response policy that determines the required number and type of responses.
Users and Roles > Challenges
OR Users and Roles > Challenges or Manage Reset Challenges > Challenge Configuration
- Click Create button
- Choose your options, available Security Questions, and associate User Policies (e.g. ‘Default Policy’)
- Enroll Admin: click Administrator profile (top right corner), Manage Account
- Under the security section choose Set Answers
